Free November workshops to help communities share their stories
Online sessions will cover communications strategy, language, press coverage and social media.
The Movement for Progressive Judaism is offering free Zoom workshops to help congregations improve their communications.
The announced sessions take place at 8pm on Mondays 2, 9, 16 and 23 November. Topics include the Movement’s communications strategy, describing Progressive Judaism, getting stories into the press and using social media effectively.
Simon Rothstein, Director of Communications, and Josh Gaventa, External Affairs and Social Media Lead, will lead the programme.
The workshops are intended particularly for chairs, clergy, newsletter editors and communications volunteers, but interested members of Progressive communities are also welcome. Registration and full details are available through the Movement’s announcement.
