The people who make a community feel like home
An invitation to look beyond the headlines and meet the volunteers behind everyday Jewish life.
Example article · This is illustrative editorial content, not a report of an actual event or an attributed contribution.
Every community has people whose contributions happen quietly: preparing a room, welcoming someone at the door or making sure nobody sits alone.
This example feature shows how we could tell their stories. Future interviews could explore what brings volunteers to their work, what they have learned and how others can get involved.
We hope to give regional communities as much attention as those in London. Small projects and everyday acts of care can reveal a great deal about Jewish life.
